Wendy has been in Orthodontics for over 20 years now and loves that she can use all of her experience and knowledge to help her patients and friends understand life in orthodontics. Whether she is working with a new patient or planning patient events or doing presentations at our local schools, she is always at her best. She has always loved meeting new people, making new friends and treats each patient like they are a guest in her own home! Her goal is to make a your orthodontic journey a breeze right from the beginning. Wendy appreciates all the time, quality, and dedication Dr. Wise and Dr. Lee put into each individual patient and couldn’t imagine working for a better orthodontic practice.
On a personal note.. Wendy was born on Texas Independence Day, raised in a small Texas town and her love for Texas country music and road trips is what makes her a true Texan. Wendy and her husband, Jason, share 4 sweet children together that keep them on their feet going non-stop. She is known as the story teller of the office and enjoys making sure everyone is laughing and having fun while they work.
Not everyone who comes to our practice for the first time is ready for braces, and when we have patients in this position, we have a “Growth and Guidance” program that allows us to monitor our patients over time and schedule orthodontic treatment when it will be most beneficial. Annissa is in charge of our growth and guidance program and has been with Dr. Wise and his team since 2006. She enjoys seeing how happy her patients are when they are finally able to schedule their first appointment to get braces.
Annissa is full of smiles and loves developing relationships with her patients and their families. She has a knack for remembering the little details in their lives that are important to each one. The special friendship she has formed with these families is the favorite part of her job. She literally watches the families grow up.
In Annissa’s free time she enjoys participating in tri-athalons, doing crossfit, reading, and is very involved in her church. Annissa has a competitive “Just do it” spirit which truly drives her. She and her husband Ryan have three daughters Noelle, Arielle, and Ella. All three girls are involved in various activities which keep their family busy and full of good times.

Christi’s journey to Stonebridge Orthodontics began about 10 years ago when her large crew of kiddo’s (7 to be exact) began their smile transformations. After dozens….and dozens……and dozens of visits to Wise Orthodontics over the years, Christi finally decided to join the family herself when Dr. Wise opened the practice in McKinney. Christi began as a Personal Orthodontic Assistant, and is now a Treatment Coordinator. Her warmth and compassion for family is abundant. She will make you smile!
If you can’t find Christi at work you can rest assure she can be found at one of her many kids’ sporting events. Not only is she a soccer mom but also a volleyball, softball, cheerleading, football and dance mom! In their limited free time the family loves to get away to Broken Bow or Colorado for some camping, fishing, and hiking adventures. Needless to say this family of mountain men, and fashion guru girls is the real life epitome of wilderness meets Beverly Hills. Luckily for them, no matter how dirty they get being dragged through the wilderness, thanks to Christi and the great team at Stonebridge Orthodontics, they’ll always have their beautiful smiles!

As the financial coordinator and office manager, Barbara enjoys interacting with our patients while making sure they get the most from their orthodontic experience. She is the one to call on if you have any financial questions that you might have. Barbara has worked with Dr. Wise for over 25 years! What an amazing journey it has been for her to have been here since patient number one to where we are today with two offices and the many patients that have traveled through our doors to the many new patients we see. She truly enjoys working with her coworkers who are really a second family to her.
When she is not at the practice, Barbara enjoys spending time with her wonderful family. She has two children and four beautiful grandchildren. Tammy has been with Wise Orthodontics for 24 years, and in the field for 29 years. The choice to go into the Orthodontic world when deciding what she would do for her career, was obviously the right decision! She started as a Personal Orthodontic Assistant for Dr. Wise, and when Suresmile was introduced into the practice in 2008, she slowly transitioned from doing both Suresmile Coordinating and assisting, to the full time position of Suresmile Coordinator as of 2014.
Tammy’s experience within the practice includes: The Suresmile software, full chairside assisting duties, lab duties, and keeping the office up on OSHA and sterilization standards. Tammy is always full of smiles, and makes all around her smile too! She is a hugger, if you don’t already know that!
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, being outdoors, being on the water, gardening, or just spending time with her friends and family.
She was born and raised in Prairie du Chien, WI, but has been in Texas since 1990. She is, however, still true to her Green Bay Packers and cheese curds! She has a 24, soon to be 25 year old son, Tyler, who now resides in Colorado, and is a Sous Chef for the restaurant he has been working at since he has been out there. She has recently built a house and resides with her boyfriend David and her 2 cats- Beans and Willow Mae.
According to Tammy, her life at Wise Orthodontics has been very rewarding. She feels very fortunate to have such a wonderful “work” family to be around on a daily basis in the office or out!

Carley has recently joined the Wise/Stonebridge Orthodontic family, and fit in perfectly. Upon graduating from dental assisting school in May 2014, only a few short months later she and her family found themselves moving all the way down to McKinney, Texas from the Twin Cities, the Land of 10,000 Lakes, or as it’s most known, Minnesota! Carley lives with her parents, a sister and a loving, snuggly 9-year young yellow lab. The family has more recently built a house in Celina, and loving every minute of it. When she’s not at work, Carley loves to be outside. Although she loves to snowboard in the winter, it’s tough to do that in Texas! She fills in that time by dedicating 3 nights a week to playing slow pitch softball year-round. She has also taken up activities such as disc golf, and soccer. When Carley isn’t physically active, you can either find her shopping, eating out with friends and family, or just laying on the couch watching some Netflix.
Since the 7th grade, I absolutely fell in love with the field of dentistry, and even wanted to become an orthodontist myself! I had taken 1/3 of my dental assisting classes at a community college as a senior in high school, which then leads me to finish and graduate the following year. When you see me, you will be able to experience how “Minnesota Nice” feels, and I even promise to top it off with the Minnesota accent. I feel completely blessed to have found such an amazing work family; sometimes I feel as though they found me! Every day I look forward to seeing all of our awesome patients, as well as working with Dr. Wise, Dr. Lee and all the rest of the amazing team in our office, every day is a new kind of fun!
